So many women hold secrets and shame around sensuality, around feeling deeply in all areas of our lives. This leaves us cut off from ourselves and wishing for something more.

I was “Damed” 20 years ago by a teacher of mine, a title equivalent to Knighthood in the UK. I embraced the title as an ever-evolving one.
