I’m a certified coach, a long-time teacher of the Womanly Arts, an experiential sensualist, and have a Buddhist Contemplative Caregiving degree. I was certified as a Coach personally by Regena Thomashauer and as a Sensuality Practitioner by Drs. Vera and Steve Bodansky.
I’ve worked as a Coach for more than two decades, first at Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts, as well as in my own business, Dame Lori Unlimited. During that time, I’ve facilitated the sensual and heart empowerment of more than 2000 women - and men - helping them become and express their true selves.
In addition to coaching some very high-powered women, I’ve run businesses, put together fabulous events, sold luxury items, and styled some amazing women. I know my way around the world of sensuality and life purpose.
Lori works in magical, unexplainable ways with completely scalable results. She has helped me grow both my non-profit, Spread the Sparkle and my digital content agency, Swirl Studios. There is only one Dame. If you're looking for someone outrageous and relatable, she's the one.

I have 30+ years of recovery in 12-Step programs — meaning I’ve been in the pits of despair and clawed my way out using many tools I now use with my clients. As I found exquisite joy, love, and abundance in every aspect of my life and interactions with others, I now bring that to my work with my clients.
I feel a sacred spiritual connection with sensuality — with sensuality as the ability to use all your senses and be fully yourself, including your erotic self.
Pleasure is a word I embrace, even as I know it makes many people uncomfortable. My experience is that by embracing pleasure, I’ve been able to experience playfulness, happiness, abundance, and joy. I’ve experienced my erotic self. And I’ve fully experienced the joy of giving and receiving. Pleasure is a very good thing.
I’ve volunteered for over 3 decades for multiple programs supporting HIV/AIDS patients, the homeless, the arts, prison and hospice chaplaincy, women's empowerment, natural birthing advocacy and mental health activism.
I was a founding Board Member of The Flawless Foundation, a founding Member of Spread the Sparkle, and through Barrier-Free Living, provided coaching and empowerment to women survivors of domestic violence living with disabilities.
Now, I serve on the Board of the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Essex County, NJ, and volunteer with the University of Orange, a free people’s university based in Orange, NJ.
